Latitudes Restaurant Completes New Outdoor Dining Patio

Latitudes Pub & Grill, the main dining restaurant at Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center, has recently completed an outdoor seating area for relaxed, casual dining. This spacious deck offers new, stylish furniture, shaded umbrellas and lush surroundings. Latitudes Pub & Grill is open early in the morning serving breakfast, though dinner with the pub open until late at night. Latitudes is centrally located in the clubhouse of Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center in the heart of the Westshore district of Tampa.

New Conference Center Opening September 2009

Mainsail Suites Hotel & Conference Center has begun construction on a conference center aimed at attracting large training conferences, weddings and special events. The multi-million dollar center will have the latest in technology, 8,000 square feet of meeting space and a 6,000-square-foot patio. The patio will be next to the center's ballroom and will overlook a pond - with a spewing fountain designed to catch the eye. The center, expected to be completed by September 2009, will provide conference, wedding and event planners a venue that is spacious enough to accommodate large groups near Tampa International Airport. The facility will be able to accommodate about 350 for a conference and about 500 for a wedding or banquet. One other major highlight is the outdoor space it offers. The patio alone is 6,000 square feet. It will offer all of our groups the opportunity to have food functions or receptions outside next to the meeting facility.
